****Happy Saturday Roll Call****
OMG is it fall already?! No I don't wanna go I liked summer. I am traumatized! Fall already no I won't go! Now that I have gotten this outa my system I guess its time to bring out the Ugg boots. We have a wedding to go to and I found this cute as Pam would say little black dress to wear its sleeveless and v cut in front and back and bunched up in the front with a "ribbon styled " sash in the middle plain and simple and sexy and a pair of plain black heels and black clutch bag with a dash of rhinestones I am gonna look good and have a great time and absolutely make good choices of what I eat at the reception today, Hopefully the weather will clear up. I am not doing any housework today as I did it all yesterday. Cleaned the bird cages, 3 litterboxes did laundry, vacumed and I even had guests over for dinner last night. Whew I did alot yesterday. Now hopefully the weather will be nice tomorrow so I can get Cassidy out on the trail. Everybody have a great day! My three dogs are laying down chilling as I type this.
I am not a fan of Fall either...lots of painful reasons though.

Good morning everyone,
Happy Saturday. I am going to do a low keyed Saturday. I rented a few movies from blockbusters. Might head on out to target and bed bath & beyond to do some shopping. I am thinking about getting the magic bullet.
I am going to focus today on getting in more of my proteins and fluids. I know how important this is and I am getting stronger by the day and feeling up to the task.

I had my karate promotion today and I promoted to the next belt :) After that I hit kmart for a few things and ended up running into a friend from high school...havent see her in probably 15 years. The rest of today will be spent cleaning and doing laundry. I am going to try to hit the gym at some point and just lay low for the day. I need to start getting things together for vacation.

so it's almost 7 pm and I'm just posting roll call.. That's because I have been running non-stop since about 8:30 this morning.
Went to spin class at 9:00; home to shower
Drove to Philly and met my cousin at Jack's Deli. I haven't seen him since 1996 so that was pretty cool. Then, I called Steffi who WASN'T HOME like she was supposed to be.. BUT she mentioned Neshaminy Mall and when I found out it was right by the turnpike, Siehara and I went there. I got to see Steffi and meet her two girls! Emily, her youngest, is DEFINITELY her daughter... and Molly and Siehara are very much the tween girls!! While at the mall, I hit a pretty decent sale at Sears.. got 4 shirts for about $30. I didn't have any t-shirts.. now I have 2 and 2 more tanks for the gym.
After seeing Steffi, we came home.. stopped at Starbucks on the way cause I was soooo tired!
Now, I have to get changed into my black and white for the service tonight. Picking up the babysitter at 8:00 and then headed to the service. The program at the beginning should be good. I hear he's a great speaker. It is Dr. Dan Gottlieb and his topic is "How to listen to our heart in an increasintly noisy world" It should be interesting. Then, the choir will sing during the service that follows. Depending on what time we are done there, I may head out for a bit. I mean, really.. the babysitter is sleeping over and my only plans for tomorrow are to go see my dad, so I should definitely take advantage!!!!
