Getting nervous

Oh boy! I can't tell if I have a million butterflies in my stomach or this liquid diet is mimiking the feeling of butterflies. *LOL*
Monday still seems far away but it keeps getting closer and closer. Oh boy.
I'm not having second thoughts - just nervous as heck. I'm a fairly anxious person when nothing is going on in my life...having a surgery is sending my anxiety state into overdrive. *Whew* Must remember to breath.

**breathe** I think the waiting for the day of surgery gets very our emotions all over the board but knowing that it is like a rebirth wants it arrives makes it all worth wild!

It is like that feeling of trying to sleep waiting for Santa Clause to arrive....But this is way better!
Good Luck and we will be waiting on the other side for you to join us!

Dr Boe's famous 10 day liquid diet - its a tough one, but worth it - I lost 17 lbs while on it! And yes, its probably a little (or a lot) of both, but you're almost there and it is definitely worth it. I haven't seen you post out here in so long that its good to see you back.

You're in excellent hands at Barix - and while I know its difficult try to relax and know you made the best decision you could to improve your health and get your life back.

Breathe in - breathe out...slowly...and take it one day at a time.

Being nervous is absolutely normal.

It's kind of a big deal, you know? :)

But it's a good big deal.

Nervous will be replaced more and more with excited soon enough!

Totally normal!  Keep remembering to breathe!  You'll do GREAT!!!

Hi - I was nervous too, but I kept busy and that really helped.  I made sure that my place was cleaned up, laundry done, etc.
Good luck !!
Lisa
