Wednesday Exercise
Went to the gym before work - workout was abbreviated because there was a BAD car crash on the way here, so I was stuck in traffic for close to half an hour and had a 9 AM meeting. BUT I digress...
12 mins rowing vigorously
13 mins recumbent bike - "random heart rate" workout with hills (that was tough!)
Didn't have time for more than a few cool down stretches and wall pushups - no weights.
