Wednesday Exercise

Went to the gym over lunch and rode the lifecycle "hills" program for 35 min/10 miles. It was a nice challenging workout.

Went to the gym before work - workout was abbreviated because there was a BAD car crash on the way here, so I was stuck in traffic for close to half an hour and had a 9 AM meeting.  BUT I digress... 

12 mins rowing vigorously
13 mins recumbent bike - "random heart rate" workout with hills (that was tough!)

Didn't have time for more than a few cool down stretches and wall pushups - no weights.

60 miniutes of weights and 60 minutes on the elliptical and I had literally soaked through all of my clothes.

It was a fine workout indeed.

I did an hour on the Elliptical and since the sun is shining gloriously outside and it's supposed to be beautiful weather outside I will be walking on my lunch and breaks. Hope everybody has a great day!
