Thursday exercise!

I didn't see anyone else post this, so I figured I would.

Today I'm going to a Power Step class (yes, there are classes I take other than ZUMBA!), then afterward I'll do about 30 minutes of strength training.  I'll also take a one mile walk during my lunch hour.

What are you doing today to MOVE IT, MOVE IT?  If you open this thread, responding is MANDATORY, even if it's to say that you're taking the day off from exercise.

I did an hour on my Elliptical this morning and since the sun is peaking in and out I will be walking on my breaks and lunches. Sorry I posted on Wednesday's Excercise thread. Oops I guess I have my days mixed up. lol.

I have my days mixed up too. I was convinced that today was Friday until I got to work and saw my Outlook calendar. I guess I got used to last week's 4-day week!

I hit the gym after my doctors appointment this morning.  It wasnt anything major....30 minutes walking and some arm work and stretching.  I am SOOOO sore from the grappling class the other night....my inner thighs are killing me...but I guess thats what happens when you wrap your legs around a man for an hour and squeeze tight LOL  I think I am going to enjoy that class :)

I am planning on going to cardio box tonight. I really just want to go home. I have not been home at night all week, and the last thing i want to do is go to the gym and not get home until after 7pm. I am needing some major encouragement to get my butt there

I will be attempting cardio kickboxing.

Cardio kickboxing kicked my a$$!  Running is so much easier!!!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Yoga this morning... spin first thing in the morning tomorrow!  Then... weight training... legs.. Ugh!

man oh man did i bust my butt today....i did 10 mins on treadmill then every machine i did i did 4 sets of 8....i did the 30 mins workout thing i used all the machines noone was back there so i did my 4 sets of 8 on all 10 machines then i did the ab thingy and the chest thingy lol idk what they are called but all i know is mannnn are my arms soreeeee
