thank you.  :-)  So far so good.  Breakfast was not so bad.  (think I needed to chew just a bit more)  couple of  "pressure" moments.

hey all. I had a good weekend for the most part, very busy. It must have been good because I feel prepared to deal with today. I am working today then off to see my billing lady and drop some stuff off for her. Have a childhood friend calling tonight, whose husband just asked her for a divorce. She is pretty upset so should be on the phone for a bit. ( i hate the phone ) lol

I am hoping to get a few walks in with Jason as well. That is it in a nut shell

Good morning PA,
My day consist of playing with my son all morning. Its his daddy time.
Then I will probably work on my airplane for a little bit to get it ready to move to PA.

I will make a small confession today. I had my first Nut appointment last week and yet I still have not seriously started to eat right yet. I know I need to start right away but being away from the family for 3 months at a time we tend to go out and eat alot. The wife says she will help me get started today.

Have a great day. It will be 88 degrees here today. To hot.

6 months of cold weather is better then 11 months of hot weather. It will still be 90 degrees here at Christmas. But you should visit just to warm back up.

Good Morning Everyone,

Getting ready to take the kids to the bus stop and then having some breakfast and after that I am going to head to a Zumba class. I love Zumba, exercise has never been a huge passion of mine, and it feels so good to find something I love doing so much that I look forward to going to the gym.

After the gym it is home for me for a nap before working my new shift, 4:40 to 1am.
What an exciting life I lead!!
Christine

I feel the same way about Zumba! It really gives me something to look forward to, and I *never* thought I'd be the kind of person who looked forward to going to the gym!

RNY on 12/26/17
Good Morning Liz and PA,

Today I teach the kiddos from 8:45-3:45 then I am going to get a flu shot.  My PCP recommends getting this one and the swine flu vaccination when it becomes available.  I hate needles.

I am going to attempt to run today.  My port has been hurting all weekend so on my planning period I will call Dr. Brader.  I am seriously struggling with this - I don't like not feeling well.

Liz, I am right there with you on the laundry and housework... I don't feel well so I did nothing over the weekend.

Have a marvelous Monday!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
