Monday Exercise

Good Afternoon PA,

After taking 3 days off from exercise I had a really good 3 mile run today.

I'm in the process of buying a new home and with all of the paperwork, inspections, offers etc. I've been stressed out and really having a hard time focusing on exercise. Hopefully I'm back on track with todays run.

What are you doing to move today?

Hi Teresa,
I did an intense hour on my Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. That is it for me today.

Hi there!

Yes, running is great for stress, isn't it?

I went to the gym this morning before work.  Did 25 mins on the treadmill - steady pace, varying inclines, using a fat-burning heart rate target.  Followed that up with 10 mins varying resistance on the hand bike, then stretching.  The hand bike or arm bike or whatever you call it has water resistance and all I can say is WOW - both cardio AND upper body.  Felt awesome!  I had only used one a few times a long time ago in a physical therapy context, and this was totally different.

My body feel so different during the day when i've worked out in the morning.  Feels tight, warm, and more flexible, as well as more energetic and awake.

howdy T

Just got back from a 30 minute walk on the trail by my apartment.  It was so nice out, but I don't remember the trail being so bumpy.  That's ok, it was nice and relaxing.

Later, I will go to the gym and do chest, back, and abs

Depending on timing, I am going to try go get to the spin class, too. 

Have to get my butt back in gear!
