Good morning Pa!!

Liz I hope you don't mind me posting this, but I'm up early!!

I have 6 lbs I need to get rid of, hoping this keeps me honest.

M1: Scoop of protein w/ coffee
M2: 3/4 c. special K protein plus, and light yogurt
M3: Protein shake
M4: home made chilli
M5: home made rubens for dinner
M6: Not sure, something small

     Success is a journey... not a destination!

B: egg and cheese on english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: didn't pack anything - I'm thinking a salad or soup
S: cheddar cheese
D: steak and broccoli
S: not sure - I'm out of pudding!

B:  because I didn't want to cook... HC beef pot roast soup
S:  decaf coffee with vanilla protein
L:  HC beef Pot roast  
S:  Yoplait light yogurt with unflavored protein powder
D:  Grilled salmon and green beans


(btw... who would have ever thought one microwave bowl could last me  up to 4 meals OMG)

ok, back to regular work schedule . . . . 


B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: eggs/pepper/onion
S: veggies/edamame garlic hummus
D: turkey breast with cauliflour mash potatoes (first time trying this) & other veggies
S: sf chocolate meringues (another first)

Having neice for dinner -- and only doing the cauliflour mashed (no real ones), hope she likes them (actually hope I do).  I am having stuffing too, for the non-weigh****chers :-)

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

FORGOT TO POST YESTERDAY.. someone needs to keep me in check.  I did ok yesterday for the most part.

Today:
M1:  ricotta w/ sf banana cream pudding
M2:  chicken salad-homemade
M3:  not sure - maybe chili?
M4:  not sure
M5:  shrimp "fried rice"--finally going to attempt to make this from last cooking class!!
M6:  protein shake after gym

fluids--lots of tea to try to fight off this cold

 Ive been having insane pregnancy cravings and its killing me. Today I want to stay on some kind of weird schedule. Ive only gained 6 lbs and Im almost 24 week. Dr's are VERY pleased.

B: chicken roll ups
S: Probably more chicken roll ups
L: I have  red beets and cheese with fresh spiniach
S: Cheese sticks
D: BBQ pork (simmering in the crock) with veggies
S: something protein. Maybe cheese or chicken roll up.

S: cabot 50% light cheddar
L: chopped antipasto, SF jello cup
S: half a supreme protein bar
S: Chocolate Max Protein (post-workout)
D: chicken somehow, not sure how yet. Small salad.
S: ricotta with SF cinnamon dolce syrup

My band is tighter than tight.  Haven't been to successful with anything solid today or yesterday really.  I am not feeling well.  Here is what I planned:

M1:  CIB with milk
M2:  cottage cheese with sf applebutter
M3:  spring mix with goat cheese, olives and onions
M4:  CIB with milk
M5:  turkey sausage and cheese omelet
M6:  idk

No exercise because I am not feeling well.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
