Sticking to the Basics - Wednesday

Liz I hope you don't mind me posting this, but I'm up early!!
I have 6 lbs I need to get rid of, hoping this keeps me honest.
M1: Scoop of protein w/ coffee
M2: 3/4 c. special K protein plus, and light yogurt
M3: Protein shake
M4: home made chilli
M5: home made rubens for dinner
M6: Not sure, something small

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: eggs/pepper/onion
S: veggies/edamame garlic hummus
D: turkey breast with cauliflour mash potatoes (first time trying this) & other veggies
S: sf chocolate meringues (another first)
Having neice for dinner -- and only doing the cauliflour mashed (no real ones), hope she likes them (actually hope I do). I am having stuffing too, for the non-weigh****chers :-)

FORGOT TO POST YESTERDAY.. someone needs to keep me in check. I did ok yesterday for the most part.

M5: shrimp "fried rice"--finally going to attempt to make this from last cooking class!!

Ive been having insane pregnancy cravings and its killing me. Today I want to stay on some kind of weird schedule. Ive only gained 6 lbs and Im almost 24 week. Dr's are VERY pleased.

My band is tighter than tight. Haven't been to successful with anything solid today or yesterday really. I am not feeling well. Here is what I planned:
M1: CIB with milk
M2: cottage cheese with sf applebutter
M3: spring mix with goat cheese, olives and onions
M4: CIB with milk
M5: turkey sausage and cheese omelet
M6: idk
No exercise because I am not feeling well.
