HELP MEEEEEEE

I was gonna say the same thing you just did -  generally speaking the left lower incision, depending on the surgeon, is where the "largest" instrument goes, and is also through the most layers of muscle and tissue etc.  Unfortunately, it just takes time.  The walking and stretching does help - and so does tylenol, for some, too.

Mine eased up almost completely at 2 weeks - but then about 3 days later came bac****il week 3 (I think I was feeling so good I ended up doing to much and just worked it to much)

Feel better!  This will soon be a distant memory!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

my pain on the left side (right under the rib cage) was/is always gas pain.  Walking really helps it!
