It's TOTALLY normal....pre surgery jitters!  And you are NOT being selfish...rather...you are setting yourself up to be a lifetime happy, active, energetic mommy who can keep up with her kids, play the games they want to play, and not be embarrassed for them.  A healthy mom is the most unselfish thing a person could do.

Can't wait to hear the update!

If you didn't get nervous at this point it would be concern to a pysch.  Wishing you an uneventful surgery, speedy recovery, and lots of wow moments.  We are clearing a spot for you on the losers bench.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Thank you all so much. I am truley feeling a ton better. I have to be at the hospital at 5:30 am and we live an hour and a half away, so I in for a very early morning. I had a long talk with myself today, and I am definitly going to have a possitive adittude about this. I looked in the mirror, and couldnt help but think that this time next year, Ill be a whole different person. Ill be confident, outgoing, my self eesteem will be through the roof, and you know what I think Im going to be knock out gorgeous! I have so much i feel like I need to do tonight, so off i go. I will post as soon as i am able to, and I am sure my husband will post also.

Good luck tomorrow, Paula!  Like the others said, it's perfectly normal to be nervous.  But you're going to do great!!!  You'll feel so much better!!  Can't wait to hear how you're doing!!!
