October Cooking Class / Support Group!

Good Morning all!!! Saturday 10/17 from noon-??? (usually 4-5 ish) will be October's Cooking Class. All are welcome regardless of stage in the journey, surgeon or hospital. Support People also welcome!

If anyone has a request of a recipe they would like to see made more WLS friendly let me know and I'll work on it!

I gotta see what Jeremy wants to do... my first day back at work is the 16th... and his birthday is the 18th... so we will see what he wants lol... I'll let ya know soon...

I'm not sure if I can make it. I really want to but hubby is going to Ghana on the 20th and has lots to do so I will be with the kids. My kids are incredible shy and would just hang on to my tighs the entire time. Thank goodness my thighs are a lot smaller but it still makes it hard to walk with a 4 and 6 year old on them...lol.

So, I think I am bringing a friend with me on Saturday.  As of now, she is coming with me.  We will leave from synagogue so we'll probably get there around 1 or so, depending on how late services run.  She is a few years out from her surgery and is looking for support to stay on track.  Her name is Linda.  I know you will all welcome her with open arms!
