B: egg and cheese on whole grain english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: roast beef sandwich
S: cheddar and apple slices
D: not sure, forgot to take something out
S: I never got to the chocolate pudding last night... fell asleep - tonight it is my goal!

L:  soup
S:  (brown) rice cake with almond butter
D:  spinach, butternut squash, baked beans
S:  greek yogurt

S; grapes
