Wednesday Excercise
Okay who is moving today? It just cannot be a handful of us. I did my hour on the Elliptical and have decided to just maintain my weight and not try to lose any more weight. I feel like a weight has been lifted off me. I have decided to only weight myself once a week. My size 4 jeans are officially sliding off me. DOING THE HAPPY DANCE!! WHOO HOO. Okay I will stop now....

Anyway, I did a recumbent bike warmup this morning, then a full STRIVE weight circuit. I feel like I'm getting back in stride now after being sick. Cardio is still "off" (still coughing) but not too bad.
