Wednesday Excercise

Okay who is moving today? It just cannot be a handful of us. I did my hour on the Elliptical and have decided to just maintain my weight and not try to lose any more weight. I feel like a weight has been lifted off me. I have decided to only weight myself once a week. My size 4 jeans are officially sliding off me. DOING THE HAPPY DANCE!! WHOO HOO. Okay I will stop now....

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

GOOD FOR YOU!!!! You are an awesomely good weight, so maintenance is a great place to be.  Remember - LOVE YOURSELF!

Anyway, I did a recumbent bike warmup this morning, then a full STRIVE weight circuit.   I feel like I'm getting back in stride now after being sick.  Cardio is still "off" (still coughing) but not too bad.

One hour on the elliptical, then 60 minutes of weight training over lunch.

didn't get to the gym yesterday, but WILL get there today.

20 min on treadmill doing week 1 day 2 of couch to 5K

I will be doing an hour of sparring tonight.  Haven't spared since before my plastics in March....its always good for a drenching sweat!
