Snacks
I do the same things as the other ladies. I like apple slices with cheddar cheese, lunch meat roll ups, sliced cheese, meat "bits" - whatever is leftover from the night before, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese (I don't eat this but a lot of people do), greek yogurt with fruit, cereal - really anything I'd eat for a meal just less.
Cashew butter with cocopops (multigrain snacks)
Grapes and cheese (babybel or string cheese, usually - best with something sharp)
Shrimp ****tail (this is more a meal, given the protein load)
Chicken with some guacamole
Flatout wraps cut into pieces, sprayed with a little pam, and "toasted" in the oven to make "chips" - you can do it with cinnamon and splenda or go the savory route and do garlic and onion powder and spices - also great with guacamole
Those are my current favorites.

I kinda "eyeball" it... generally put them in at 350 for about 10 minutes, I think? Once they start to "sizzle" a little bit (from the Pam), I take them out and let them cool.
You can also do this with tortillas...
They keep well for a few days at least. Just make sure they are COMPLETELY cool before you put them in any kind of bag or they get soggy.
They never really stay around all that long at my house so I can't tell! haha!
