Sticking to the Basics - Wed!

Good Morning All!

Here's the game plan - I've added extra fruit to *ahem* get things moving...

B: oatmeal and a clementine
S: cheddar cheese and grapes
L: tortellini salad (mostly veggies, cheeses and meat and a few tortellini)
S: Mozzarella cheese
D: lamb chops and green beans - can't wait! lol
S: chocolate pudding

B:  protein shake
S:  Cheese and tlc crackers
L:  left over PF Changs :) and cucumbers
S:  fresh fruit cup from Wawa
D:  grilled cheese and soup

B:  Muscle Milk
S:  Activia Light yogurt
L:  Homemade chicken salad with greek yogurt and grapes
S:  Cashew butter with cocopops
D:  Tuna sashimi (didn't get it last night after all - hopefully tonight!)

E:  Treadmill and arm bike

Mornin!

B: hard-boiled egg with 1 tsp hummus
S: cheddar cheese (not sure if I'll eat it)
L: pork tenderloin, green beans
S: another egg with hummus (don't worry -- my cholesterol is and always has been low)
D: chili, broccoli
S: ricotta with pumpkin

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee
L: shrimp ****tail and last piece of SF no crust pumpkin pie
S: fiber one key lime pie yogurt, hot tea
D: diner night --- ordered baby back ribs, ate salad and 2 ribs
S: tea

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
