baking with Natures Seet crystals

well I made cookies with the Natures Sweet Crystals. I can't tell you how good they came out, you can not tell it is fake sugar and I can taste every aftertaste out there. this stuff is definetly worth the money it is not cheap 11.95 for 2lbs but only use it for baking.
It is out of this world I just ordered more

NatureSweet is Maltitol, which is also available in more generic forms cheaper.  Sensato's Maltitol crystals are only $4.95/lb (also available powdered).

You might also want to try Xylitol and Erythritol.  Both have a much lower glycemic index than maltitol, are plant based, and are used extensively in commercial sugar-free products.  They measure just like sugar and can be used for cooking and baking.  See the article I posted yesterday under Liz's thread on sugar subs for a comparison chart and more info...
