Hi gang....going to head to TJ tonite to pick up a few things and since I am still recovering from my incisional hernia surgery, I am eating very lightly.....I have seen that alot of you on this board eat the TJ greek yogart that is flavored....I thought I checked it out when I was there and it was high in sugar?  Maybe i was wrong....just looking for some direction as to which ones to get!  Thanks in advance for any input!

Look for the PLAIN greek yogurt and stir in SF preserves or jellies or fresh fruit if you want it to be really tasty!

I don't think they have an SF version of the flavored greek yogurt.  Would be nice if any of them did (Oikos, Fage).

I think people use the plain non fat TJ greek yogurt and just add sf flavoring to it.  I love TJ's greek and it is cheaper than the other brands.

Yeah, what they said -- I buy the plain and add flavors. Usually some frozen fruit, which I also buy at TJs!
