Freezing Friday Roll call
Good morning laura! Well, I won't sound like your mom....but I will go ahead and take the liberty of sounding like a nurse. Your baby may be preparing to be waaay early - and cleaning and moving around will not help those contractions slow down. It may be nesting...but fight those urges as much as possible. Her staying in longer is more important. :)
Anyway - I got home from jersey at 4am yesterday..crashed on the couch for awhile...then woke up where we tackled our Christmas tree. Long saga there...it had been stored at my parents house for the past year and even before that had been shoved up and down our old attick steps not in a box, but in a bag. And then to get it back here, shoved into my car. Needless to say - we couldn't get the lights to work and there seemed to be a short in the wires some where as some of the lights worked..but if you wiggled it just right, would go out again. So we got a new one. I was up all day with hubby doing that....and was totally exhausted and had back pain by the evening.
Now...today. Have to make some steaks that I did not make yesterday (gourmet dining of grilled cheese for the both of us) I also think am gonna make some sf hot chocolate based on the weather. Packing food for work...taking a nap....and back at LVH tonight at 7p.

Laura - be careful with that cleaning! I'd say your little girl is going to be here earlier then expected!! Good luck with your appt today and keep us posted!
Today had me shivering my way to work - 17 at my house with a windchill of MINUS 1!! Working until 4 then off to Giant for groceries, CVS for my perscription and home to make dinner and get ready for a day with my girls tomorrow! (minus a few :( )

Good morning all - the last few days have been nuts for me and its not going to end anytime soon. I have a cyst in my left breast that has become infected with MRSA so Wednesday had me leaving early to get to the doctor for some antiobitics. She also recommended I see a breast cancer surgeon so I called them yesterday and they wanted to see me right away. So hubby picked me up and off we went.
Long story short the cyst has to come out NOW - (1) due to the infection and (2) the fact that my insurance is changing big time come January 1. So today I leave work for pre-admin testing at noon then Tuesday I go in for the minor surgery.
So to say its been a crazy few days with thoughts flying here and there is an understatement, but she sees no signs of cancer or tumors - and didn't understand why another doctor didn't want the cyst removed before this. Who knows/?? Anyway, I do really like this surgeon and feel very confident with her. Even asked if she could give me a little 'lift' while she was working on the girls!! LOL - guess its not going to happen, huh.
Well anyway, that's my story for now...TGIF.

Good Morning.
Last day with MY doc. So I am a little sad. He truly is a great doc and wonderful to work with. At 2:30 he and I will leave to meet up with staff and docs from the other offices and we will have our Christmas luncheon.
Then home to all my kiddos!
