Well todays menu just stinks but this is what I have...

B: oatmeal and a clementine
S: cheddar cheese
L: mini pizza on whole wheat crust
S: piece of a protein bar on the way to the Dr
D: not sure, maybe more leftover chicken
S: chocolate peanut butter ball

Morning!

I woke up feeling like a swallowed a whale overnight...I hate that feeling!  So, today I am going to try to keep things light.  Of course, I started out with a bagel because I forgot breakfast and thats all I had in the freezer at work.

B:  bagel with lite cc
L:  lean pocket and green beans
S:  yogurt
D:  roasted zuchinni and chicken
S:  cheese
