Monday Exericse !!!
I did 5 minutes on the stationary bike this morning. I really hate that bike and don't use it often, but I'm going to make an effort to use it more. I'll try adding time each day so I can build it up. I'd like to have a recumbant bike, so I may look into one sometime. I also did an hour on the treadmill, using hand weights for the first 15 minutes.

.Posted that my elliptical was broke Was going to buy one yesterday, if anyone had one collecting dust let me know.
After buying a basic $ 400... similiar to the one I had, I got a text.
Long story short .....bought a hardly used SOLE top of the line elliptical orig over $1000. for a mere $300. Needles to say I returned the $400. elliptical today
WHEW...its a much better(harder) workou****op quaility ellliptical so only got in
12 minutes on elliptical
20 min treadmill
8 minute abs
8 minute taebo
