I'm good for an hour on the ellipticals this morning, then depending on when the plumber comes to fix out dishwasher hookup, Mary and I are hoping to make it over to PLanet Fitness for some cardio tonight as well!

Morning, Norm!

Did the elliptical this morning - all the newbies had all the other cardio equipment occupied when I got to the gym!   After the elliptical I did a partial Strive circuit - all I had time for before work.

I have karate tonight...he said he is turning up the intensity so it should be a sweaty class!  Come hell or high water, I WILL get a minimum of 8000 steps in today.

Did 30 minutes of treadmill, 30 minutes of weight training.

I may  also do the Wii fit tonight if time allows.

Good Morning Norm!
I did an hour on the Elliptical after taking the entire weekend off for good behavior! It felt good to get back into the routine this morning.

That will be it today for me as I am still a little under weather.

I did 5 minutes on the stationary bike this morning.  I really hate that bike and don't use it often, but I'm going to make an effort to use it more.  I'll try adding time each day so I can build it up.  I'd like to have a recumbant bike, so I may look into one sometime.  I also did an hour on the treadmill, using hand weights for the first 15 minutes.

.Posted that my elliptical was broke Was going to buy one yesterday, if anyone had one collecting dust let me know.
After buying a basic $ 400... similiar to the one I had, I  got a text.
Long story short .....bought a hardly used SOLE  top of the line elliptical orig over $1000. for  a mere $300. Needles  to say I returned the $400. elliptical today
WHEW...its a much better(harder) workou****op quaility ellliptical so only got in
12 minutes on elliptical
20 min treadmill
8 minute abs
8 minute taebo
