Also Angela you can get back to Farmville and nurture those crops. Get back to the life that had you taking care of yourself and all will fall back into place. Don't let a relationship or other window dressing distract you from YOU. Put yourself 1st.

Put YOU first right now.  Change is not a bad thing - it's what enables us to move and grow and become the beautiful butterflies or swans that we are.   And hell yes, it's scary!  

You've got a great plan.  We'll look forward to seeing you at the meetings and on the boards!  You're NEVER out of options.  Just take one day at a time and you'll be back to your new self in no time.

The plan you have is a good one and sorry as I am that your b/f is now a part of your history, his loss is our gain, as we've missed you.  

Life is about learning to find balance and in this crazy world we live in that is a very hard thing to do.  So whatever is changing is probably for your benefit, but when we are in the "hallway" it is hard to see where we are going to come out of and therein lies the anxiety, but trust someone who has walked through many a dark hallway and come out the other side to better and better things, you will look back and be amazed at how things turned out just exactly as they were meant to. . .
