D: Something Chicken again (it's thawing but I haven't decided)

morning Liz..

I was pretty stressed out yesterday for some reason.. thinking the lack of money and too many bills is really starting to build.. depressing kind of day for me, spent a lot of the day crying..

did ok with food during most of the day and then I saw the peanut butter.  I don't know what it is about it, but it is sooo comforting. It's in the house because Siehara likes it, too.  I didn't go totally crazy with it,but definitely had way more than just a tablespoon.

Starting over again today on the right foot.

B: ricotta w/protein cereal
S: refried beans w/ cheese
L: soup
S: protein shake
D: chili
S: pudding

water water water water.. have to flush out the fat from the PB. OY

Hi everyone - damned pita chips - have to get away from them - they should NOT even be in my house!

S - Cheese stick or cashews
L - lamb & quinoa
S - carrots and hummus
D - probably salmon and more quinoa
S - NOT PITA CHIPS!
