so far, I only have it coming from one end... I can deal with that.  It could be the brownie from last night, too.. I'm just hoping it's nothing too bad and that I don't feel the need to vomit.. that is the worst for me. I HATE puking..

BUT, these are the times I'm glad I work from home.

Planning phase for next release begins today.  Which should mean more time for me at the gym and no weekend work.  Woohoo.  Had four things I could have gone to on Saturday and could not do any of them because of work items.  Anyhooo today finds me doing planning for the next software release, going to the gym, and getting in even more protein.  i'm trying to keep that at a higher number escpecially since i now have thinning hair sydrome.  :-)

Hope everyone has a great day.

Good Morning.

After fighting the wind to get my boys to the bus stop, I made it home. I am getting ready to  make my morning omelette then head off to school. I have Algebra & Biology today. Then home to do school work, and prepare the casserole for dinner.

Hope everyone stays safe.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Pam I feel your pain for small veins I have the same issue and especially the IVs when I have to have any procedures done!  OMG I see stars and give out a little whimer.  I have had thyroid issues and have labs done every six months and I have been lucky to have the same dosage for over a year.  Hang in there with that one.  Of course it rains it seems whenever I do my laundry or blow dry my hair its bound to rain.  Paula do not go back and take classes for what they want you to because you have to like whatever job you do.  Nothing worst than going to work with an I hate my job feeling.  I did hear career link can help you with the training or maybe go to Best Buys and get some computer software to teach you new things such as word, excel or quickbooks and such.  Its a shame we don't live near each other I have word, excel and quickbooks here and would be glad to help you out with that.  It shows you step by step on how to do these things.  I have a physical therapy session at 10:00 and then at 1:00 to the Rothman Insitute in Bensalem for a touch-base on my shoulder surgery I had done last year on Dec 16th and then errands.  Hopefully the weather will clear up or else I will have to wear a hooded jacket and try to stay warm. Everybody have a great day!

I was at the CareerLink office last week and learned they don't currently have any money for training.  And they don't know when they'll get the funding again.  One has to attend an informational seminar for about an hour, then put one's name on a waiting list to get funding.  Apparently there's a list of schools they'll pay for (or pay part of the tuition), but they won't give you any info about the schools until you attend the seminar.

Fortunately I was blessed with good veins and light skin which make them easy to find. Now that I am pregnant I swear the blind phlebotomist can find them! lol

Well I am soggy but at work. HEre until 4 then stopping at Kohl's to exchange a pair of pants - I am running out of clothes to wear and can't put this off any longer! Then stopping at Mom's to pick something up and home for dinner and bed early. Had another rough night last night and didn't get much sleep.

Have a good day all and safe travels - there is a lot of standing water on the road

Good morning everyone -

Today has me at work til 3:30.  I'll go to the gym right after work and then home to make dinner.  Going to the gym right from work seems to be working out well for me.  If I go home, I don't want to go back out again.

That's about it for me today.

Safe travels to those out and about in this messy weather.

Good soggy morning all - luckily like LIz I have awesome veins and they have no problem pulling blood - and it barely leaves a pin***** mark - my husband bruises like someone punched him even tho he has easy veins to hit.

I'm at work - spent yesterday nursing mom who was in bed sick most of the day. I made stuffed peppers for dinner Saturday night and she ate the pepper, which she shouldn't have because she has IBS and it stirred her up and she ended up sick all night into the next day. Sad, too, because the peppers turned out so good (my first attempt). By last night she was up and moving around and I made a casserole for dinner tonight so all she has to do is pop that in the oven - she can rest and take it easy today.

Other than that not much new in my life...just working and carrying on.

Yea...my veins bruise super easily as well, even when they are easy to hit.  The one today popped out like a water pipe - highly unusual for me - and she used the smallest needle and I swear it didn't hurt...and I'm not one to say that....but about 20 mins after I was done my arm started to hurt - took a look at it - huge hematoma there.  Se la vie.  Not her fault...
