B: cheese omlet and 1 slice of toast
S: cheddar cheese and a sliced apple
L: italian wedding soup
S: yogurt and fruit
D: not sure - going to go rifle through the freezer shortly
S: chocolate pudding, unless I bake today

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S:  Activia with muesli
L:  Salmon burger over salad
S:  Farmer cheese and clementine
D:  Turkey chili in the crockpot

M1:  oatmeal made with milk and 1/2 banana
M2: 1 cup fruit
M3:  Salad with chicken, goat cheese, olives, tomatoes and red onion
M4:  yogurt and Kashi Go Lean crisp
M5:  Chicken-A-La-King with no rice
M6:  milk or yogurt

My goal:  stick to my plan

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: Jarlsberg cheese, fiber one bar
L: Chicken with three pepper sauce
S: Greek yogurt, black bean brownie
D: Chicken tangine (cooking in the crockpot now & smells SO GOOD)
S: protein ice cream
