***Snowy Saturday Roll Call***

Good Morning Everyone,
I fell asleep during the Parade of Nations and missed the opening ceremonies.  I hope to catch the replay over the weekend.

Today has me up early for my AA meeting.  Then, I have an appointment with my therapist.  Tonight has me heading to my sponsor's for dinner and a visit.

Must head back to bed.

Hi all,

I like the last two wron forcasts.  They said snow and we actually got two sunny days in a row! 

Anyway, not feeling well this morning.  I probably won't be doing a lot today.  Lots of soups and fluids me thinks.  Supposed to go out tonight, but we shall see.

here in nc woke up to snow on the ground....kill me  now

Oh Geesh! And snow down south is a state of emergency with only a few inches. I hope your time there is great! Have fun!

I have to go back to the lab today because something got mixed up with one of the tests.  They called me to come back and redo it.   While I am in the neighborhood, someone on Freecycle is giving away Medium and Large women's clothing, so I am going to pick that up and see if there's anything good.

off to synagogue then home to who knows what?!

Worked a lot this week and havea busy weekend.  This means I SUCKED at food.  (not on the too much side... more on the 'didn't have a lot of time to eat most days').

Good news is:  Hubby brought me flowers and SF chocolate yesterday for an early Vday.  Made my very long day very nice.  I IMMEDIATELY gave away as much of that SF chocolate as I could.  LOL  Its the thought that counts right?  But I knew I could not be in the same room as that lovely lovely box of chocolate without violating it in the worst way.  :-)  Yeah I'm like that. 

Today finds me with chores, going to see friends and a night out with them at Red Lobster.  MMMMM Salmon.
Then Austin and I need to make homemade Vday cards this am at some point for GRAGRA (that is his term for his Gramma.  Long story but it stuck and that is what she is called).

Trish:  i missed the opening also but got home just in time for the Georgians.  (so sad)

Paul may be taking his son skiing today.  Sometimes I go along and hang out with Paul in the lodge, but not always.  Not sure what I'll do today.  I'll probably stay home as it makes for a really long day, with the drive and just sitting around.  I need to get on the treadmill today.

From what I have heard today is supposed to be sunny. Doesn't matter all that much to me as I am not leaving the house or my fuzzy jammies :) I have some laundry to do and want to surprise Chris with our valentine's dinner tonight - his favorite, spaghetti and meatballs and I am going to see what kind of dessert to make - I am thinking about heart shaped yellow cakes with white chocolate frosting - something he loves that I am not crazy about - good news since they are individual I can make mine with dark chocolate frosting! lol

Good Morning all!

I am a little frustrated this morning. I drove the whole way to the opposing school for my boys' wrestling match, met my ex and the kiddos there, just to find out they post-poned thier age group until noon due to parking issues.

NO phone call or anything. We were pissed. Not to mention they will not be wrestling now because thier dad made plans for them this afternoon. So I am back home. I packed bags for Johnny & I for our little overnight getaway. I will probably finish up a few chores and then we will be heading out to grab a bottle of wine and off to Harper's Ferry!

Once we hit there, we will browse around at some of the shops and decide where to have dinner. The hotel has a nice V-Day dinner but we may just try to find a small restaurant/lounge to hit up instead. Who knows. Then we will head over to Charlestown to gamble a little. Fun, fun!

Not much planned today.  Have to start writing a paper which is due Monday by midnight.  Have to take the big computer in for a tune up...

Gene and I were discussing this morning if we really want to put the addition onto the house or now that Gene no longer works for the city and is no longer required to live in the city would it make more sense to fix up the existing house, start looking for a new house out of the city that has what we want and in a coupe years sell and move.......decisions.....
I'll have to get out a map and put a 20 mile radius around where I work to see what areas fall into that.  I'm thinking Delaware county than I'll have to find out what towns are in that area.  It would be so much easier to move to Jersey I know that area but then that would not be an adventure would it
