Monday Exercise
Wahoo! I did 10 minutes on the bike at PT today!! Best part? NO PAIN!!!!!! (insert jumping up and down here) Followed up with my PT exercises, ultrasound, and stim/ice. Not much but getting better never felt so great!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Still not able to exercise due to the show (between the show and the snow, it will be a week tomorrow since I've gotten to the gym). SO frustrating, but I WILL be back there tomorrow - can't wait!
At the show, I've been on my feet all day, and have done a lot of walking, so it's not completely sedentary (and load out and load in count as major exercise, too!) - but i really miss the gym and my morning "sweat."

I went to a "willPower & Grace" class this morning (sort of like yoga with some cardio -- I needed some mind/body stuff in my routine) and then tonight I'll go to my usual Monday night Zumba. There will be also some aerobic housework thrown in there this afternoon too -- I let a few things slide while I was recoving from foot surgery and now it's time to fix that.
