Monday Exercise

Good Morning PA!!
I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and will be watching what I put in my mouth. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Wahoo!  I did 10 minutes on the bike at PT today!!  Best part?  NO PAIN!!!!!!  (insert jumping up and down here) Followed up with my PT exercises, ultrasound, and stim/ice.  Not much but getting better never felt so great!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Still not able to exercise due to the show (between the show and the snow, it will be a week tomorrow since I've gotten to the gym).  SO frustrating, but I WILL be back there tomorrow - can't wait!  

At the show, I've been on my feet all day, and have done a lot of walking, so it's not completely sedentary (and load out and load in count as major exercise, too!) - but i really miss the gym and my morning "sweat."

I went to a "willPower & Grace" class this morning (sort of like yoga with some cardio -- I needed some mind/body stuff in my routine) and then tonight I'll go to my usual Monday night Zumba.  There will be also some aerobic housework thrown in there this afternoon too -- I let a few things slide while I was recoving from foot surgery and now it's time to fix that.

I dragged my tired butt to the gym and did some ab work and a one hour spin class..

now my butt is dragging even more, but I'm proud of myself for getting there and pushing past the exhaustion from being out partying last night
