L: OK so this isn't the best lunch - ramen noodle soup, mostly just broth, and a few lunch meat roll ups
S: yogurt
D: veal parm
S: chocolate covered bananas and strawberries

L:  Leftover steak and some tossed salad

S:  Honeybell orange

D: Shrimp with peppers and arribiatta sauce

S:  Herbalife protein shake

Other; Protein shake early AM and one probably before bed.  (upping my Protein)

L:  Ham ---may make into a lettuce wrap

D: pork roast, brussel sprouts

This show has been a challenge in terms of eating - all "snacking" in the booth (planned cold snacks that I brought) rather than meals, then eating a heavier (hot) meal at night when i get home ... not a pattern I like, but enforced by conditions.  Also haven't exercised formally since I've been down here, due to the schedule and commuting issues... lookign forward tomorrow to getting back on my routine.

Anyway -

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and bananas
S:  Pineapple with lowfat cream cheese
L:  Roast beef and turkey rollups
S:  Quinoa salad with cranberries and pumpkin seeds
D:  Not sure - taking becky out for her birthday

S: protein bread with natural peanut butter
L: Carnitas burrito bowl (leftover from Chipotle, extra vegetables, no rice)
S: Nectar fuzzy navel
D: filet mignon, roasted brussel sprouts
S: chocolate brownie protein ice cream

I just have to say Yummy to the choc banana and strawberries, I want to have those , do you just use a sugar free chocolate..


and then the brownie ice cream yummy where do you get that at?

B -Bob evans sausage & egg wrap(dont eat the wrap)
L-2oz chicken tenders
D- 2oz pork roaast

I don't use a sugar free chocolate - I use a high quality extra dark chocolate because I know that I can tolerate that. You CAN however use the Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips with NO problem what-so-ever!!

Leslie makes the brownie ice cream - I asked last week! lol it's an egg face recipe - if you haven't already check out her blog - she's got a lot of good recipes on there - theworldaccordingtoeggface.com
