Sticking to the Basics - Tues

My plan for today:
M1: coffee, yogurt, kashi go lean crisp
M2: 1/2 banana
M3: mixed greens, black olives, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese splash of red wine vinegar
M4: other 1/2 of banana
M5: chicken thigh roasted with tomotoes, onions and garlic
M6: milk (maybe)

Tried my first turkey yesterday - oops - turns out I DON'T roast the moistest turkey in the west. Gonna try it again tomorrow, with gravy or light mayo to moisten and see if it works, but I'm taking today off from tuna, turkey, and that ilk. That was my first bad experience with food. Ick.

L: Roast Beef rollups (didn't have them yesterday- ended up with falafel from Reading terminal market - yum)
S: Quinoa salad with pumpkin seeds and cranberries and a cheese stick
D: Beef Pho with veggies (left over from the other night)
