Stunning (At least it's supposed to be! lol) Saturday roll CAll!

Good Morning All! Just thought that I Would check in. I've been up since 3 with aching legs and finally woke Chris to rub them around 5 - now he's probably off with his new obsession, farmville on FB. I am about to scrape myself out of bed and get ready to go to my Grandparents. My Mom is picking me up around 7 and I still have a few things to gather.

Weather is reporting that it is going to be naer 50 degrees today - I'll take it!

Hey Liz and PA!

Liz, have a great drive - beautiful day for a road trip! Hope you feel okay. (And I know where Lenox is too. That exit is a regular stop as we drive up to Vermont every so often.) I bett you grandparents are excited about the new baby coming!

I"m up early getting a couple of things done and am SO excited about today's weather! I want to get some walking in, have a couple of hours to spend at a church activity, then will clean house and spend a little time outdoors, I hope!  (Even pooper scooping the yard sounds like a fun activity today!)

Went to bed super early last  night (hubby is still recovering so that was my excuse), and it feels great to have gotten enough sleep!

I'm so happy that the weather is supposed to be so nice today.  It will just make being out and running errands that much more fun and enjoyable. 

Today on the agenda is getting what's left of my hair cut off and getting some grocery shopping done.  Since the surgery is coming up in 2 weeks i'm putting a couple of weeks of dinners in the freezer so Robb and I don't have to worry about what to make for dinner until i'm back up on my feet as well as some breakfast egg bites and protein muffins and stuff.  Should be interesting.  I haven't done that much cooking in a while. 

Otherwise, not much on the agenda today or the weekend.  Just make sure that I'm out and enjoying the weekend as much as possible .... while the weather is still good.

Liz -- have a good weekend with your Greandparents.

Good morning PA!

I'm up early this morning.  Woke up a little after 6 with both cats sitting there staring at me.  Good thing I enjoy the peace and quiet of early morning!

I'm supposed to be heading to Barix today with Lisa.  Nice day to get out and see friends.

Been up most of the night.  Our 4 year old had stomach issues, growling, diareahha etc... I slept with him so the Mrs could get some sleep, she had to get up for work at 5am this morning.  Jake actually wants to go to Barix with me today, he thinks that I have to wear a suit to all my meetings so he wants to wear his suit.

We'll see how he feels.

awwww how cute is THAT?  Hope that he was feeling well enough to strut his stuff at Barix!

Sorry you did not sleep well, Liz.  Hope you have a nice visit with your Grands. 

I just got back from a walk with Utley, and it is gorgeous out there.  I may venture to the dog park, if I get up to driving.  Not sure about that though.  Still dealing with side effects of a new med, and they have kicked the life out of me.  If the pain relief were not the goal,, which it is great for, I would not be taking it.

I am getting a lot of organizing done around the apartment, and want to fini**** today.  I am also eating a lot of high fiber stuff, because constipation is a side effect of my med, and I don't want to suffer anymore than necessary.

Morning Liz.. sorry you had a rough night. But, I hope you have a great weekend with the family!  It does look like it's going to be a beauteous day!

After work last night, I did some cleaning in my house and then went over to the gym.  I did a spin class with the instructor who did that treadmill class from the other day.  This class was also nuts!! She did high tension biking (hills) with no breaks and it was mostly all out of the seat.  My legs are hurting today from it for sure.  But, that's good. Hopefully, I will start to see a difference on the scale soon.

At night, I ended up spending a few hours with a good friend just talking about anything and everything.  It was a really great night and I'm glad I decided to that instead of going "out" somewhere.  This was much more enjoyable.

Today has me going to Barix and then hanging out with Steffi and some of her friends at Dave & Busters in Philly!   Watch out Philly..are you ready for us?!?!??!

Hope everyone can get outside and enjoy the day.  I plan to open my sunroof in the car on the drive down to Barix!

Good afternoon friends...

I am at work today till midnight and then am on-call overnight.  The weather is nice and that means trouble.  Hoping its not a totally crazy day.  Was up too late and worked overnight last night, with no nap this morning.  Did some running around with the girls, made them breakfast and a little more running around with them.  We found a little used, but nice shape, pink Princess TV for their room that I can hook a DVD player up to and they can watch their movies.  Hannah saw it and just about pee'd in her pants. 

Hope you have a nice, relaxing trip Liz and that you feel a little better.  It's a beautiful day for a ride and I'm jealous of any of you who are out enjoying it.  Have a great day everyone...

Well I came home very very stressed as Liz will attest to.  Last night (friday night) was 5/6 due to my own scheduling error and only one of them was a decent night.  And of course...dad's surgery in the middle of all that.

Anyway - I came home - made a loaf of SF chocolate banana bread which i kind of winged...it turned out alright - still need some tweaking - and then endulged with a hot shower, adult beverage, and relaxed a little with Brian before literally COLLAPSING into my bed.  Oh - I had also packed a bunch of food for work tonight.

I slept well thankfully and got up to my "two boys" (Brian and Chris) playing video games.

Came back to work where it has been less than a stellar night although at least I am seeing a "light" at the end of the tunnel tonight.  Still not sure if I'm getting a break or not though.  Last night I didn't get one at all.

Looking forward to catching up on the posts, possibly starting Sunday roll call, getting the hell outta here, and enjoying some well needed time off.
