What is your favorite thing to give when you are looking for a "little" gift for someone?

I am thinking of a little thank you for my trainer.

Or whatever. Need some fresh ideas!

I think maybe something job related/personal. How about an engraved stop watch? A personalized embroidered towel?

Did you notice that she was always looking for something like a clipboard, a whistle, a pen? All of these can be engraved with a message.

What about a heartfelt letter with before and after pics of you with a guardian angel pendant?

Hope this helped you get your creative juices flowing.

I like the idea of the embroidered towel!  You can buy a regular towel anywhere and most mall kiosks and what not have an embroidery one

You can also buy something engraveable (sp?  is that even a word?) and just get it ENGRAVED at "things remembered"  I don't like to buy their products - just use them for the engraving - due to the price of their silly little jewlery boxes and what not.

Hmmm...have you talked to her about where she likes to eat and stuff?  Maybe a small gift certificate?  Have you seen her drinking a certain kind of water?  A 6 or 12 pack of water would be different as well

This may not be good for your trainer, but one of my favorite gifts to give are spa gift certificates. We don't stop and pamper ourselves enough and even a $10 certificate can cover at least half of a manicure. Anytime i've given the gift it's always well received and a surprise because it's not something people think of. My family caught on though, and now I have some gift certificates for my favorite spa!
