I'm trying to re-re-re-commit to healthy eating.
B: protein shake, 1 slice raisin bread w/peanut butter
S: V8 juice
L: protein bar, pineapple chunks in splenda
S: carrot sticks
D: hamburger, salad, maybe a couple of fries.
S: raisins
