Good Morning Al!!

Today is a little up in the air since I am home but here is the rough plan

B: omlet with bacone, onions, cheese and mushrooms
S: not sure
L: I have leftover fish I might eat
S: not sure
D: roast beef and string beans
S: not sure

S: shrimp with egg whites
L: grilled chicken, potatoes and brussle sprouts
S: Yoplait greek FF yogurt with protein plus special K
D: Buffalo burger
S: popcorn and green grapes

Here's today's plan:

B: Shamrock protein shake (hee hee!)
S: protein bread toasted with cheddar
L: chicken with peppers and onion
S: Greek yogurt with berries
D: pot roast, broccoli
S: Maybe ricotta. Or another Shamrock shake...

L:  Vegetarian meatloaf with a tiny bit of mashed potato (leftovers)
S:  Apple and almonds
D:  Chicken marsala leftovers

I don't (it was leftovers from Sweet Lorraine's) but am on the lookout for one, becuase it's just so darned GOOD!  I'll share when I find one.

S:  dried edamame
D:  grilled chicken on salad

I'm trying to re-re-re-commit to healthy eating.

B: protein shake, 1 slice raisin bread w/peanut butter
S: V8 juice
L: protein bar, pineapple chunks in splenda
S: carrot sticks
D: hamburger, salad, maybe a couple of fries.
S: raisins
