Ok...so I have no idea what I'm eating during the day today....probably not much  I did, however, pack my food for work and this is what it looks like.  Trying desperately to increase fruits/veggies for fiber and all in all well being....

Fruit salad (cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, banana) topped w/ greek yogurt 17gm
Raw Carrots
1/2 cup ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon 14gm
Edamame - I think about 10gm?
Greek yogurt w/ splenda and vanilla extract 17gm
Left over ribs (I pulled it off the bone, so I guess it's more like pulled pork, lol) with a spoonful of mashed taters 14ish gm?

I have to stay at work for an additional 2 1/2 hours tomorrow morning - I am part of a "committe" now and we have our meeting till 9:30 tomorrow.  Blech. So the meals may not be eaten in that order....will probably have the ribs on my actual break time and save something like the carrots or plain yogurt to have at the meeting....

There a few variations out there, but this is what I came up with.

1 c. milk (I recommend 1% or 2% -- you need a little fat in it)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
dash of mint extract
green food dye

I mixed all my ingredients in the magic bullet, then ran it through the ice cream maker for about 10 minutes to give it that extra-thick shake consistency. You could just add ice and mix it in the bullet though, if you you dont' have an ice cream maker.  This makes two servings.

I think norm uses soy milk, sf ff instant vanilla pudding, ice, extract, and food coloring.

He uses soy milk because the pudding wont' turn into pudding when using soy milk.  You can use regular milk too, but need to drink it quickly or with other people in order for it not to gel up on you.

Ok...so what I had during the day:

Banana w/ PB
a kids size sandwich (half of a half) ham and turkey sub w/ lettuce and onion from Blimpie
one left over cheddar bay biscuit from red lobster

the plan for work has stayed the same.  Except I forgot the damn carrots in the fridge!  Dammit.  So far I've had the edamame and the ricotta cheese

Definately need to eat again soon....
