Tuesday Exercise Thread!

Good morning everybody!

Today was a intense weight session at Planet Fitness, then a really good hour on the elliptical. I was really into it this mornign and sweated through the t-shirt and my sweatshirt. It was a little gross, actually.

I feel great now though, and am frshly showered, sitting down at my desk with coffee brewing and a giant stack of work requiring my attention.

I'm stuck at home this morning waiting for the countertops to be delivered, so plan to go to Interval Fight Training this evening in lieu of a morning workout.

don't think I am going to have time for anything formal today.. so all of the standing and sitting at synagogue will have to do.  I'll make sure to tighten any available muscles as I do this.

Did 65 minutes on the treadmill and 7 minutes on the bike, followed by some crunches.

Oh, and that reminds me, I started doing situps again. I want to carve a little chub off my midesction, so I'm adding those back into my routine as well!

I down to you. I was never able to do so much early out. Congratulations on the great workout and obviously it shows. You look great!!

I did an INTENSE hour on the elliptical this morning as well. I know the feeling about being soaked thru your clothes. I also am at my desk sipping a strong brew of coffee. Have a good day!

Today i met with my personal trainer. Cardio and weight resistance. worked on my upper and lower body as well as my shoulders. Feeling pretty good. Going to try my first Zumba class tonight!!!

Tomorrow i take the day off!!
