Good Morning All - what's on the plan for today?

B: oatmeal
S: strawberries
S: Cheddar cheese
L: ordering out - I'm thinking soup and a salad
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: either steak or cheese burgers
S: 1/2 PB&J or pudding, maybe a banana with peanut butter

Since my schedule is so screwy today, I planned things out pretty well for my time away from home at least.

B - Protein bar with some fruit
S - SF oatmeal
L - This chicken thing I have, not sure what its called
S - Cheese and some bologna
D - Whatever Erin makes.
S - ???

B:  Matrix shake (strawberries and bananas)
S:  Yogurt and muesli
L:  Salmon and spinach
S:  Cheese and an orange
D:  Don't know... will figure something out

Day 2 of my 5 dpt.

Protein shake for breakfast
pudding for snack
12 oz of water

So far that is all i have had.

Hope to get all my water in for the day and 2 more shakes and some soup for dinner!!! I cannot wait till day 3 comes around!!
