Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday

involuntary pouch test started yesterday, but I was going to do it anyway.
Today, I am going to keep trying to get liquids in.
I just had an Atkin's premade protein shake--made with coffee and 15g of protein. I woke up with a terrible headache and I'm sure it is a combination of not getting in any protein yesterday, combined with no caffeine for the past 24 hours.
I will spend the day sipping and trying to get protein in. I'll either try to get to Redner's myself or send Siehara up there to pick up some SF italian ice and popsicles. I definitely find them easier to get down then plain broth. With my stomach the way it was yesterday, I don't know that I want to try to strain a flavored soup just yet.

Overslept this morning and just threw a bunch of stuff in my bag and took off. I think the numbers look pretty good considering.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 

Good evening everyone. Like a few others, I'm doing the pouch test. Menu today (day 1) has consisted of 3 protein shakes (approx. 75g of protein total), a cup of coffee, a cup of SF Jello and about 80oz of water. Physically I am not hungry, but mentally (because everyone is eating dinner I'm sure) I'm starving.
Give me strength for the next few hours and the next four days!
