Yes - I am giving this day to Karen Goeller - As today is her one year surgiversary! She has worked, ran and exercised her way into a healthy lifestyle, all while juggling her jobs, her family and crazy medical stuff! She has become a friend to so many, and has contributed to so many of us here on the boards, at the monthly cooking classes and at Barix Support Group meetings.

Karen, I for one and soooo proud of what you have accomplished in the past year and want to thank you for your friendship, hugs, amazingly eloquent words and of course, so ass kicking to boot!

I hope as you reflect on this day, you realize what you have done to inspire others on this journey! Mazel Tov my friend!
