ok, since having Annabelle I have been dealing with some major tummy flabby issues... and I know some of it will improve as I lose weight... but... well... some of it won't because I have crappy skin (it doesn't bounce back at all lol) and I know one day... when i hit goal... i will get plastics but until then... it shall be Spanks... but this is my issue... I am in between sizes... and don't have a problem buying them right now but don't want to drop 100 bucks on the stuff to have it be too big in 5  to 10 pounds... so I was wondering if anyone had some of the 2x ones they don't need anymore... and then I can just buy the 1x ones...

the other thing is did you all know they make Spanks for Men... they are shirts... I am sooo going to get one for me lol... and since it has sleaves it will help with my nasty bat wings lol...

the other thing is where is the best place to get spanks?  which place seems to have the best price?

I use the Kohl's version. Much less expensive. And work great. I forget the brand but you can find deals like buy one get one.....and things like that.

Good luck.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Ok...so I'm kind of putting myself out there, but we are all friends here.  I have been thinking about these items for a while.  Not trying to make myself look slender, but trying to restrict movement.  Forgive my attempt at humor, but I had quite a rack pre-surgery and now I have quite a saggy rack.  My man boobs have always been a huge source of embarassment for me and I am so self-conscience of them.  Even when I was a kid and in school, I got picked on because of them.  I loved gym class until we had a game of shirts and skins basketball or swimming class.  Now that I lost so much weight, I am exercising more.  When I jog or run, I have a lot of movement and it makes me not want to run.  I enjoy it and I tend to do it at night when no one can see me.  Winter wasn't bad, because a sweatshirt kind of hid it.  T-shirts, not so much.  Seeing the movement is such a discouragement, it makes me feel like who I was over 300lbs ago.  I know I shouldn't care and I should be proud of what I have accomplished and who care if my man boobs bounce, at least I am exercising.  Well I haven't come that far yet.  I'd love to join a gym again now that I can do more.  When I was going to my gym last year, I was just walking and no movement.

So anyway, do these garments just slim you or do they help to restrict movement?  Anyone have any experience with this?  Any guys out there who had similar issues.  I hope one day to have plastics and eliminate the problem, but for now it's a huge problem and I'm hoping there is something out there that can help me.  Thanks....

I know a guy who had issues just like you and he was using UnderAmour shirts to help some but I emailed him the link to the guys Spanks stuff and he things that is going to help a lot more in that area for him, he is looking for a store that carries them in his area... I would see if you can find a store that carries then and try them on and see... and try on some of the Under Amour shirts as well... there is an UA outlet in Limerick btw...

I know that this next winter I am getting the UA shirts for me to help with the bat wings... and besides that... I have a MAJOR issue with the fat apron... my pregnancy with Annabelle made that so much worse on me and I need support and compression there... and the great thing about Spanks is they are some thin ones so you can layer and get the support/compression that you need...

Hell YEA we are all friends here and hell yea you can come here and talk about your man boobs and all sorts of jiggling.

I personally, LOVE my spanx.  Love em.  And yup yup they restrict movment - another reason why I love em!  In fact..I had them on one day under a pair of jeans and shirts (the female version that I like to wear is a full "body suit" if you will...goes from right under my saggy girl boobs all the way down into full panty hose...) and brian gave me a hug and said "wow...you've got your armor on - you feel so tight"

Kudos for "putting yourself out there" BTW, not many people would be willing to do so, even here

well you and I have already had this discussion and I, too, am proud of you for putting it out there.  I know it is a touchy subject for many of us.  I don't have spanx, just some tanks with spandex built in,  so I can't offer any opinions of the product.  BUT, I knew Pam would chime in since she swears by hers.

I would definitely say that a road trip to a store that sells them is in order.  I would NOT recommend buying online until you know what size, how they fit, etc.  I am always up for a trip to the K of P mall, so just let me know when and I'm there!!!

Then, once you get it, you can get your arse back into the gym and stop running after dark!

SO as I was busy WORKING today, I remembered that there is a Men's Forum on here.  You may want to take this question over there.. or if you are not comfortable, at least browse the posts and see if anyone has mentioned anything there about any kind of compression garments.

just a thought.

Plenty of UnderArmour showing on Ebay right now and at good prices.   Golf shirts galore.   Check with Dennis or the Men's Forum.   I believe 2 guys from the Barix crew have had the male mastoplexy done, Mike M. was one, the other might be Bobw215, he has TT, I'm not positive about the boobs.   A guy on Dr. Sauceda's Plastic Surgery forum (search Sauceda), Portmaster1000 from NC, just had major stuff done in Mexico.  You might want to check him out just to see what the after can be like.

My hubby had his surgery 4 years ago we discovered Under Armor as his skin started to jiggle.  They make T-shirts and bike shorts kind of things. They helped with both the slimming look and the jiggling.  He has had Plastics on his upper body but still has the inside thighs jiggling so the shorts take care of that and the tees still make his shirts look nice and smooth on him.  ANd according to him in the winter the tees help keep him nice and warm....
