***Thursday Roll Call***
Good morning PA,
For those going on vacation -- have a fun time and safe trip. Geoff, your pita meal sounds delicious!
It's pretty misty-looking outside this morning, so hopefully it will burn off and the sun will come out today. Not much new happening here....still trying to get the deck back together. We have the gazebo to paint and then we should be good to go. Can't wait for everything to be back in place.
Well, I'd better get back to work. I took a small break to eat breakfast. Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning All!!
48 hours and counting right Eric? You guys are going to have such a great time!
Lisa - have a fun and safe trip to VA.
As for me I am wor****il 4 then off to the chiropractor and home to rest. I've been running too much lately and my body is yelling at me to slow down. I might work on some thank you cards but I can do that from the comfort of my recliner or with my feet propped up in bed like a good patient. Today is one of my "trying" days at work. Kim and Mark are both in (the conspiracy against me) and the boss is off so I know it's going to be rough... if it gets too bad I'm leaving early!!
Have a good day all and be careful driving - it's quite foggy out there.

Good morning, PA!!!
Eric and Lisa---enjoy your vacations!!!
Today is a special day for us---Paul's son is 16 today! So glad Delaware requires drivers ed before they can get their license---I'm not ready for him to be behind the wheel!!!
I may have a fight on my hands today. I have a medical test next week and learned yesterday that Blue Cross told the hospital my policy is new and that I can't have the test till Dec. because of the pre-existing condition clause. That's just plain BS. I've had Blue Cross for 2 years, but they changed their policy as of March 1, so it looks like that's when coverage started. They did this to me last year too and tried to postpone my wls. Once they looked back in their records, I made them send me a letter stating that the pre-existing condition stuff was met. And what I don't understand is this new issue is exactly that---it's new, something I've never been seen for anywhere. Ever. And it's not an issue that can wait till Dec. The hospital says my letter from last year will be sufficient, but I still intend to call Blue Cross to make sure this doens't happen again.
Ok, I'm off to get on the treadmill. Have a great day, everyone!!!

Good morning all - enjoy your vacation, Eric!! I'm counting down the days til mine - it won't be long now. Hubby and I are way overdue on this one!
Someone mentioned 'misty' out there this morning? OMG it was thick, dense, fog where I was - I couldn't see the houses across the street from mine! Then I would come into patches of bright sunlight in the fog which made it even worse driving. And would someone please tell me why there are idiots out there *****fuse to put their headlights on in weather like this?? That's just asking for trouble.
Anyway I'm at work - by myself for a while this morning - we're on really short staff this week. One of my guys has been stuck in Dublin, Ireland for 2 weeks due to the volcano and all the flights being cancelled - spoke to him yesterday and he's really getting down - he's a family man and I know he's really missing the wife and kids. At least he's 'stuck' on an expense account - he said so many people in his hotel were vacationing and are running out of money because they can't get home!
Tonight hubby and I have eye appts for new eyeballs, then home to rest and relax.
Hope everyone has a great day - and be careful out there - not sure when this fog bank is going to lift.

So glad today is a better day for you, Eric! Whoo hoo to vacation! Have fun prepping!
Let's see...there's nothing really on the agenda that I "have" to do save for the bank. Brian's putting the $$ in my account today, and we also have a CD that has "matured" that we need to roll over.
After that...it's up in the air. The laundry is done, the housework is done....there's absolutely NOTHING I have to do. Bri has a GC to Best Buy and Avatar comes out today so we may do that.
I'll probably "putts" around the house doing some things....and figure out the rest of the day as it comes.
Enjoy!
Pam

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Just for future reference - "putts" is a golf term. "putz" is a yiddish term that means to hang around....just thought a yiddish lesson was in order - it has been a while and Eric might need some help as he heads out of the country! :) (Oh - and "a putz" is a man's appendage!) (Again, more useful information!)
Good Morning PA and those going on Vacation,
I just walked Utley and am about to put my leg up and put heat on it. That is my agenda for today, pretty much. Walking him and elevating the leg. Exciting? NOT.
I do have to get my butt to an AA meeting too.
Hugs,
Trish
