Have any of the pre-ops or "stuck" post-ops tried either?   I hear both are good but don't know anyone that's actually tried them.   Went to a new program/support group this past week and they have their pre-ops buy a "2-week program" that includes 3-5 protein shakes a day just like these vs. figuring your own way through clear liquids.   They also use it post op as needed to get in their 100-150gm protein requirements.

I think I've looked at the Wonderslim bars on Diet Direct and Bariatric Choice but thought they were high in sugar.  I don't know anything about their shakes.

I did notice some of the things are not in OUR protocol but other are.  Philly mac and cheese for instance is and gets good reviews.  I stay away from pasta, but that one looks interesting.  I've got two tubs of Unjury laying here so I don't want to spend any more $ unless I get a good review on these things from somebody.  Thanks Julia!

I tried some medifast samples and didn't find them to be filling and thought they were expensive.  Same with Herbal Life.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
