Wednesday Roll Call
Morning! Ugh quite and dreary, no? I'm so done with this weather. And normally I'm not one whose emotions are influenced by the weather...but I'm definately having difficulties right now and this is NOT helping :)
Anyway - waiting for hubby to wake up. We get to go on a "date" early this morning. BOTH of us need blood work done. How ROMANTIC I tell you! He needs his cholesterol re checked, I need my thyroid rechecked.
After that stopping at the store for some stuff for the kitties...and then home to pack up food for work etc.
I went to bed fairly early and pried myself out of bed before 7 this morning so that I could take a nap this afternoon.
Another long night tonight....7p-7a to at LVH and then (before all the SHH nonsense got scheduled for earlier this week) I agreed to take my cpr recert from 8a-11 at an offsite of LVH as it expires the end of this month. Most of the time the classes do NOT last as long as they are scheduled for, so that's a good thing!
Nothing much else planned, enjoy the soggy rain, lol

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I have decided that I need to work harder at work! I dont really want to but I definitely need to. No one has said anything but I dont want them to either. So yay for me! Today finds me working till 330 and then heading home to get the kids. I need to find some time to put some rear brakes on my car but the whole process seems such a pain in the ass. Anyway!

Lisa...How about a part time roomate? Weekends maybe?

It's so cold....not a good time for your furnace to go up. We didn't rush to have the new one installed, thinking there would be no hurry - geesh - lol - I'm sitting here in the office with a space heater on and my hands are freezing.
It's our 27th wedding anniversary today. Gosh, can't imagine 27 years - lol - my parents were married 64 years...I was so blessed having them for as long as I did. Anyway, I'm making crab cakes, and stuffed mushroom caps for dinner. Not sure what else to go along with it, but we'll celebrate at home and enjoy our time together this evening.
That's it for me....back to work now - lol - enjoy this rainy Wednesday!
