Mini WoW

Okay so I have been waiting for these wow moments that everyone is talking about. Then two hit me.

I walked into a meeting Friday and my boss looked at me and said that I was slowly disappearing.

Then today at the gym when I put on my belt I had to tighten it to the last notch!

Maybe I am loosing weight.

Those are awesome WOWs!!!      Yeah, you're losing!!!!  And it sounds like it's soon time for a new belt!!!

You really will begin to see more and more of these as you continue on your journey. Simple things like fitting in a chair, being able to walk upstairs without huffing and puffing, being able to tie your shoes and see your feet!!

Cogratulations !! It feels fantastic to know that your hard work is paying off and people are noticing. The Wow's will just keep coming and keep sharing with us we love hearing about them.

Oh baby - they will be coming fast and furious!  Enjoy all of them and keep us in the loop!  We are so proud of what you have done so far! :)
