***Manic Monday Roll Call***

Good Morning Pennsylvania,
What an awesomely exhausting day Sunday was.  I babysat my grandchildren, and took them to the Irish Festival in Bristol, on the wharf.  Izzy had so much fun.  We kept finding shade to sit in, and I bought Lincoln a sweatshirt that is way too big for him now, it says, "Irish Grandson."  Izzy got a T-shirt that has shamrocks embroidered on it, that says, "Wee Lass."

Monday has me calling my family doctor about a sinus infection and my B12 shot, as well as scheduling my annual physical.  I also must call Dr. Marymor to schedule my annual visit with him, as August is my 4 years surgiversary.

Then, in the afternoon, I am watching Lincoln while Mommy and Izzy go to Sesame Place one last time.  I think I will take him to Wal-Mart and buy him a big ball to play with at my apartment.  He was having a blast playing with one at Grandpa's.

Whatever you are doing, turn the A/C up and drink lots of water.  It is going to be brutal out there.

Hugs,
Trish

Morning Trish!

Brutal is right...ugh.  I don't like the winter cold..but I'm getting tired of this too.  Guess there's no pleasing me, lol

Started off the night rough at work...was not in a good mood...and to top it all off I also had a doctors father as one of my patients...which I HATE because nothing is ever good enough for the doctor...when we know darn well if it had been some other joe schmoe half of the stuff wouldn't have been ordered to begin with.

But, I ended up having a really good night and have been listening to some GREAT music via pandora as I work, which totally changes the dynamic....still busy but at least I'm not scowling anymore, lol

Right after here I'm going to the gym...have a personal trainer appointment (starting over with that...so this is like the first one...) at 8:30.  I'll probalby be there by 8am, and they like you to do a 15 min warm up before hand...so I'll do that.  Then the trainer from 8:30 till 9:00.  The trainer will most likely concentrate on finally getting me a weight program I can do...which I'm looking fwd too!  After that there is a 9:15 spin class that I'm gonna try to do, assuming I can still move after the trainer.  The 9:15 class is an hour (as opposed to the 45 min one I normally do at 8:15) so it'll be one heck of a productive gym day.

Once home probably a nap..and then I want Brian to help me do a few things on my computer and other technological devices.  My iPhone needs to be updated...my iPod needs to be cleaned up and I want to make some playlists...but I'm a dork and haven't done it in ages and not even sure I remember how to...so Brian to the rescue it will be (no, he doesn't know this yet, lol)

Then it'll be making dinner and probably crashing early.

Water water water!

I used to work out with a trainer, prior to my surgery.  It got too costly for me.  Now with the herniated discs, I don't dare lift anything heavier than my grandson, and he weighs 22 pounds at 11 months old.

I am going to buy some styrofoam barbells for the water.  That is the best I can do for now.

Enjoy.

Trish

Trish the water exercise is terrific and if you can use the barbells, so much the better...but don't forget you get all that resistane from the water anyway!

Hi all,

Yesterday I sat a roasted most of the day.  So, not much activity.  Did get the laundry done though.

Today is a half day of work.  I need to get some bills paid, etc.  We are going to get a break in the weather this week. Yippee!

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Does that mean instead of baking, we will just simmer?  I need to buy more bras the way I am sweating and changing multiple times a day.  My laundry can't keep up with me.

I love those trips where you just drive aimlessly and follow the sites.  Hope you have a good trip next time as well.

Good morning Trish and everyone in PA!

I am awake in the airconditioned room in the mountains and I am NOT sure what the day holds for me....LOVE IT!!!!!!  I have to get the kids up and ready for breakfast - have NO idea what it is - so will be bringing my oatmeal with me.  Then I will be working with my staff on more prep work for the kids that are coming - some later today - most tomorrow.  I really need to get Josh out of camp to get his passport - and without a birth certificate shoule be entertaining to say the least.  I am hoping that Larry can find it at home, I, of course, assumed I knew where it was and waited til the last minute to look for it and shockingly - it WAS NOT there.....wow - should have known that was gonna happen - so now Larry needs to to do a search for it - which of course will bring about some cursing, annoyance and all around HAPPY thoughtS! :)  (Eye roll)

Larry is heading up here tonight - we are going to get the kids unpacked into their new home for the next four weeks!  (YAY!) The masses show up tomorrow and I am VERY happy for my kids.  I also spoke with the inclusion specialist about things to do with Molly, she is NOT concerned and will be sure to put things in place, talk with her counselors, and be sure she is succcessful.  Molly is so blissfully excited......I am thrilled for all of them.  Josh is as hyper as I was about being "home" and it just makes me feel as though I have truly given my kids one of the best gifts a parent could give.  And I truly feel as though it is a gift.  One that my parents gave to me and one that I am so glad that I can do for my kids.

Wow - I didn't know I had so much to say this morning.  Just thought I would drop in and say hi and that was it....yeah I know...."who is she kidding?!?!"  Oh well....Hope you all have a GREAT Monday - and enjoy the heat - remember 4-5 months ago when you were all complaining about a little snow.....Just sayin! :)

Good morning Trish and the rest of PA.

Its been a couple of days since I checked in here...been busy.  I had a pretty good weekend and really enjoyed going to the "Thunder in the Valley" motorcycle rally in Johnstown saturday.  We left at 11 and didnt get bac****il 10...nice long day.  Sunday we went swimming and cooked out with the kids and in-laws and everyone had a good time!  Today I will be having my sixth and last weigh in with my PCP.  I am hoping that goes well today!!!!!  After this I should be ready to have my paperwork submitted for approval to the insurance company.  Im keeping my fingers crossed.

I hope all of you wonderful people have a great day!
