OMG - the looking in the mirror without wanting to cry - for awhile that was sooooo true...and then every once in awhile...I look in a mirror and want to cry - but for a TOTALLY different reason...because there are still days I can't believe what we've done!!!

Sorry that I am one day late to the party but I also wanted to add my congratulations to both you and Jim on your surgiversary. You know that the two of you have a special place in my heart because of our pre-op group and Dr. Boe. Your list is awesome. So happy that life one year after is going so much better for both of you..
I am down Cape May right now and I can't tell you how many WOW moments I have had these past three days as people see me for the first time since last summer. I have had a smile on my face for most of my time here.
Looking forward to seeing you guys at the July Wed. night Barix support group. Can't make this Saturday's meeting because I will still be down the shore. Hope that you are enjoying your summer and keeping cool. My love to both of you. Take care.
