Sticking to the Basics - Thursday Treats
m1 protein coffee (my cheap imitation of starbucks - choc protein & coffee w/ skim milk)
m2 greek yogurt w/ fruit
m3 grilled chix salad on one of those coco pop type styrofoam like things... sounds great huh?
m4 probably a cheese stick or nuts on the road to state college
m5 tbd - depends on where we land in state college for dinner.. probably chix or a burger type object
