I am up and feeling energetic this morning. THe sun is beautiful out my back windows!

It's been a busy week with trips into Philly M, W, and Fri. The good news is that I have worked out every day and am making some selelctions of classes that are more challenging - and which will hopefully knock off this 5 lbs. that is still hanging on stubbornly!

We may end up driving up to Easton for dinner tonight with son David and his family. Mike has not seen them since Thanksgiving so it would be a good thing to do.

Today I work at home, go to the gym, finish up laundry, and want to dig in on some house cleaning projects and getting rid of "stuff" that has accumulated over the winter. I may sell a few things at a consignment store this spring and will certainly be visiting the Goodwill drop off.

Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning PA,
Today I drive from Pittsburgh to Bucks County, the end of my wonderful trip to Michigan. Had a good drive, yesterday, minus all the construction on the Ohio Turnpike. Had dinner with my son and his girlfriend, and got my laptop back.. He fixed it for me, and I paid his fee, even though he had no intention of charging me. He is broke and his fee is cheaper than Geek Squad, and had he not looked at it, it would have fried irreparably.

This afternoon, I have a doctor's appointment in Langhorne with the pain specialist. My bursitis came back with a vengeance, and I am out of pain meds.

Tonight, I get my Utley back from the PetSmart Pet Hotel. I have missed him, and can't wait to take him for a walk.

Have a good day.

Hugs,
Trish

Good Morning Lynn and PA

I am here at work, hoping for an uneventful day. I am working on a huge Project for CHOP and things are culminating so it's hectic around here and guess who it ALL falls on - yep, ME! I need to leave work at 3:30 today to get home so my Grandmother can get to my Cousins Little League game on time. No real plans for tonight - dinner, hanging with Mia, watering the gardens, straightening up - the usual!

Morning all... trying to have a better attitude than yesterday.  I found out that I am more broke than I originally knew after seeing what my paycheck is going to be and realizing that it is not going to cover the already late rent.    That damn car repair is really affecting me.  I did talk to a few friends who I think can help me come up with the balance due.  So hopefully, that will happen and I won't need to worry.  It will all work out.  In the meantime, I did NOT get the job at Ross.  So, I am steadily applying for other part time jobs hoping something comes up quickly.

Last night I had that reactive hypoglycemia episode that I mentioned in the exercise thread.  I feel fine now, but it really threw me off kilter last night.

Today I am working til 3:30 per the usual.  Hebrew School is over so I don't have to shlep to Bethlehem anymore.    My plan for the evening is to go over a chore chart I created for Siehara and I, so we both have certain things that need to get done daily/weekly/ as needed and that are all documented.

Tonight, we will head over to the gym for Body Pump followed by Pilates.   I'll make sure I eat something decent before we go and have a granola bar or cheese or something with me, just in case.

Home for early bedtime.. I was up later than I wanted to be last night and woke up around 4am.  Went back to sleep, but of course, now I am more tired b/c of the late night interruption.  Guess I have a few things on my mind.

Good morning all - it is a beautiful day out there Lynn - enjoy!! Trish, glad you had a wonderful visit - glad you got to spend lots of time with the grands - I bet Utley missed you! Lisa, hang in there - it will get better - hopefully a part-time job will come through for you soon.

I'm at work - hubby drove today so I got to relax for a change - that was nice!! At work all day - home tonight - may go see my nephew's softball game just to get out and enjoy the fresh air.

FINALLY talked hubby into getting on the recumbant bike and doing a little exercise - trust me when I tell you the man is 72 years old and this is the FIRST time he's ever done any type of structured exercise in his life. Now he wants to move the bike so he can see the TV when he's riding it, so we'll do that this weekend. If it gets him on the bike longer and more often I'm all for it.

My brother had his biopsy yesterday but unfortunately they could only get 'scrapings' of the mass because of where it's located, so if they can't get a good read on what it is they're going to have a radiologist do a needle biopsy to see if they can get a better tissue sample. So we're still on hold, waiting to find out what it is, and praying that it's nothing too serious.

Good Morning Pa,
Lynn have a good time with your son.  Trish, I know that leaving the grands is hard, but I know you had a good time.  Lisa keep your chin up things will turn around soon.  Kathy you and your family are still in my prayers, keep us informed.  Liz I hope Mia is feeling a little better, my granddaughter has been a "mess" with the allergies.
Today finds us heading to the post office to mail some packages, then to the craft store, and Bed Bath and beyond.  Then headed to Ocean City Md for a walk on the board walk, and a little sun. (I need the vitamin D).
If we have time when we get home, I really want to clean out Chloe's dresser drawers the child has more clothes than I do.
Pick up the kids, dinner, homework and baths.  The good news is my daughter is not working tonight so I will be helping her rather than doing it by myself tonight.
It looks to be a sunny day out.  Hope you all have a great day.
Hugs to all, Ena

Good morning Lynn and all of you!  Lynn - would you mind sending some of that energy over here please?!?!

I am at school, getting ready to start my day.  I have to see what was accomplished yesterday in my absense.  Had a nice night last night with Larry and our friends.  Had dinner at an outdoor restaurant in CHestnut Hill last night, it was brisk and fun.  We then hung out with these friends talking and chatting until late into the evening.  I am just a little sleepy!

Today is school, Then after school I have to run some paperwork to the pediatrician for Josh's trip to ISrael this summer.  Then there is the market, I need to get my nails fixed and would like to spend some time with Larry.  He is working all weekend.  So, not really all that sure how the evening will play out.  Should be interesting.  No Phillies game to watch tonight, so at least there is that! :)

Happy Thursday all! :)

Good morning, dear friends.  Work, work, work.  I left my cell phone at home today and I feel naked!  My bosses are taking me out to lunch today for secretary's day -- yeah, only 2 weeks late -- don't I feel appreciated?  I'm walking home from the train station tonight.  Pledging another day of sobriety and sane eating.

B - bacon/egg/cheese wrap
S - pineapple
L - salad of some sort, maybe with seafood.
D - burger and salad
S - 1/2 english muffin with cheese

Blessings, Jill
