Today I am at work all afternoon and with the expectation of rain, it seems that walking around the building at lunch may be out of the question. So, it looks like I will be on the Wii tonight with Bob from The Biggest Loser..


Then maybe I will do an hour or so with my aerobic bar! Either way, I will not let the rain slow me down!!

T-minus 5 days until my shot at Zumba!!

 Since I was inspired at our Support group meeting By Stefie.I started trying to run.I almost can make it around the block.I am going to try going to the park before the rain today .I love when spring comes.

My plan involves taking Roxie to the dog park, there are walking trails there, so it will be a good 2 or so mile walk, plus some house cleaning and errands

 worked at the store for 5 hours.. do a lot of standing and walking there...

Likin' Jill's answer and hope to get that same exercise in later tonight!!
