Hello all
Hi all My name is Mike I had RNY on 07/06/04 . yep puts me about 8.5 years out. I haven't been on this site in I don't know how long but I'm excited to get back and maybe offer some insite to the newbies and maybe help those that are a little farther out and get some advise from others as well.
I'm planning to check in daily.
