Topic: It is tomorrow!!!!

I'm really feeling mixed emotions right now!!!!
I know I have had 3 kids Yada yada yada...(I felt that giving birth was such a breeze for me) but still for some reason a part of our body part is coming off.....THE PAIN!!!ooooooo.  I went on the other forum and some experiences have scared the **** out of me....excuse the expression......
I've been waiting soooo long to be thin again....its an amazing feeling!!!!
I want all of it., but some of the posts I read ooooowaaa..I have to say scared me!!!!

My call should come in by the end of today to tell me what time I should go in tomorrow, So I know its really happening...lol.

My husband tells me "you must feel so excited right now"....but truth is I am feeling alot of things.
LOL....
I really need that push of encouragement of what a great feeling it will be to be on the other side!!!

Hiya,

Stacey will be 19 yrs old....... she is in her last yr of cegep at vanier in Early Childhood Education..... I shipped her off to camp to work with behavior children and she lost 50 pounds by keeping active.......lol..... (she finally got it) at her age it should come off easier...
She has since joined the varsity rugby team at vanier and continues to lose......I am soo proud of her...

What the future holds I am not sure......I was always active and needed to stay active to keep my weight down....it wasnt after my cesareans and scare tissue developed did I pack on the pounds and had my metabolism die.......I hope she can beat this....

My reality set in this yr (summer) I swim 6 days a wk, lengths and yet nothing came off.  it wasnt until I did the liquid diet and veggies did I see a difference....but I starved every day..... from morning until night...

I was also diabetic......(I said was lol) pill form but it was suggested by dr. to start insulin....I couldnt bare to ......... I loathed the thought......

4 days out of surgery my diabetes was normal and continues to be normal.....that in itself is a miracle...........

I am happy for both you and Lindsay.......... she is having it at Rockland?

the dr's say it will be slower for me since I was starting out at 197pounds....I am now at 173pounds......

I can imagine how happy you are....... if I remember correcting you have three children right?

Have u gone back to work?  I am calling to see if I can get a leave of absence from my 2nd job for 6 months................

hiya,

I had my surgery on sept 20th a wk and a half ago....I bought broth from the grocery store (box) and mixed beneprotein in it........

or there are places probably at the westmount square clinic that sell protein based diet products which is sachet soup and beneprotein added.....

I also bought boost and added the beneprotein...... made it into popscicles.....tasted great.

I am now on pured ....i make veggies puree them put broth in it and beneprotein....smooth creamy soup......

hope all goes well............... good luck....

Thanks everyone!! Each day that comes and goes I get more and more excited!
Believe it or not I am actually EXCITED to start Optifast.. More so to know what it tastes like lol.

I cleared a shelf off in my Pantry this evening. A shelf for only me!! it is at Eye level so when I open the door my eyes will go right for it..everything my husband can eat is on the shelf below but nevertheless I have my very own!

If I could figure out how to post an image to this post.. I would!! why is OH so complicated!

I also told Lindsay the other day and I'll tell you today: Have a theme song.. that you LOVE.. so you can sing to yourself while being wheeled into the operating room, helped keep me focused!!

Good luck Lily! Don't stress! You're gonna rock your sleeve!!
