i had my RNY surgery on may 14th 2012 , and i already lost 25lbs this is fast , I wearing my old shirt again , I am like a kid that has new clothes.

Fantastic results on your OptiFast...yes it is tough but let me tell you that your body will be all the better for it and it will help the surgeon immensely if you do the OptiFast the way you should. I did my OptiFast over the Christmas/New Year Festivities but I looked at it as a challenge and I met it head on.
Post-op my surgeon told me that the surgery he performed on me was one of the easiest he'd performed and most of it was due to the fact that I did a fantastic job with my OptiFast.

Topic: 1/2 way mark!
Today is day 7 of my optifast, in 7 days I will be sleeved!!! I can NOT wait! I am sooooo excited! 
I am so grateful that my BFF
turned me to this site, the support and stories I have ready the past week have made me EVEN more excited and anxious for my surgery!!!
